IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />SCC has not completed all of the abatement steps (topsoil redistribution and seeding) for CO- <br />2003-012 and this cessation order is still pending. The abatement time for CO-2003-012 is on or <br />before April 18, 2004. The remaining location for which the cessation order applies is still <br />partially snow covered and extremely muddy. Therefore, an additional abatement deadline <br />extension would be warranted for this location. SCC should submit an abatement deadline <br />extension request for an additional 90 days to the DMG. <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/97 <br />
