Additional Notes:
During a followup inspection with Mr. Tom Schreiner a Victolic clamp with a
plug in the end was observed leaking on the south-cast corner of Pad 3. No
solution was escaping the pad contaimnent area. However, CC&V process
operators promptly shut the pumps down until repairs could be made.
