Expiration date is July 1, <br />1992. The current policy contains the phrase "will endeavor" regarding the <br />insurance companies notification procedures to MLRD for changes to or <br />termination of the policy. MLRD is requiring the permittee to correct this situation <br />during the Mid-term process. <br />NPDES permit: There are six approved outtalls in the NPDES permit. It expires April <br />30, 1997 , <br />Water monitoring: monitoring requirements are being complied with; the annual "` <br />hydrology report is to be submitted by the Middle of May. <br />Pond inspections: all ponds are being inspected as required. <br />
