IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTI <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring <br />abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Notice of Violation CV-2002-010 was issued on June 24, 2002 for failure to conduct <br />hydrologic monitoring in accordance with the approved plan. The violation was <br />terminated on July 25, 2002. The civil penalty assessment conference has been <br />held and the final outcome of that conference is pending.
