Fish and Wildlife <br />This site straddles the Middle Fork of the Purgatoire River for two miles. Pre- <br />lew disturbance frt~n the early 1950's is evident in the riparian corridor. <br />However, riparian vegetation has re-established along the two mile stretch of the <br />river adjacent to the site. Beavers have taken up residence in this section of <br />river, especially on the west end. <br />Overall. the site ap~~~,:~ <br />The site appeared orderly with no evidence of ditch breaches or excessive erosion. <br />
