The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS and CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />PROBLEM or POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem (PB) CORRECTION DATE: 9/1/2006 <br />TOPICS : (SM) Signs and Markers <br />DESCRIPTION: During the inspection we were not able to locate the mine markers on the northwest and <br />southwest comers (Rule 3.1.12). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION NARRATIVE: The comers need to be identified and properly marked, and photo <br />documentation provided to the Division by the correction date. <br />PROBLEM or POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem (PB) CORRECTION DATE: 9/1/2006 <br />TOPIC 5 : ((RV) REVEGETATION <br />DESCRIPTION: State listed noxious weeds were found on site, including Diffuse Knapweed (Centaurea <br />diffusa) and Scotch Thistle (Onopordum tauricum)(Rule 3.1.10{6)) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION NARRATIVE: A Noxious Weed Control Plan Technical Revision (TR) needs to be <br />developed, submitted to the Division by the correction Date. Implementation of the Noxious Weed Control <br />program will be checked during the next inspection of the mine site. <br />
