The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be
corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted
on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken.

1 . Power line identification/stability demonstration not addressed in aooroved permit
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Notify the power line owner of the mining activities as required by Rule 1 .6.21d11ii1. Pursuant
to section 3 4-3 3-1 1 61411d) of the Act, demonstrate that the mining activities have not adversely
affected, and will not adversely affect, the Dower line that traverses the pit or document that
and agreement has been reached with all persons having an interest in the power line, stating that
damage to the power line is to be repaired or compensated for by the operator
2. Topsoil stockpiles are covered with an infestation of thistle and other weedv species.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Perform weed control measures to eradicate the weeds from the topsoil piles and anv other
significant weed patches on the permit area. Seed these areas with the seed mix aooroved in the
permit to establish a stabilizing stand of perennial desirable vegetation.
3. No mine identification sign at the entrance to the site.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Install a mine identification sign that meets the requirements of Rule 3.1 .12.
