Support Facilities <br />The loadout, office area, and service area appear unchanged from previous inspections. <br />Two large tanks remain "for sale" at the service area. Non-coal related activities continue <br />immediately west of the loadout, outside of the permit boundary. <br />Excess Spoil Fills <br />Terrace benches on Fill 8 have been cleaned using an excavator to facilitate drainage. Final <br />grading using a dozer is necessary to reshape these terrace benches to design criteria. <br />Overall, the mine appeared in good condition for the fall season. <br />
