Pond 9A -This pond was found about Y: full of water but not discharging. The sediment <br />marker, weir box, primary user, emergency spillway, and pond embankment were all found in <br />good condition. The west perimeter ditch leading to the west downdrain of the fill above this <br />pond had also been recently repaired <br />Pond 7a -This pond was holding water at about 114 capacdy but not discharging- The <br />sediment marker is set but tape marking the important elevations has not been added. <br />Evidence also suggests that the pond embankment may be low due to settlement near the <br />primary riser. The pond held water below the lowest set of holes on the riser but was not <br />discharging. <br />Straw bales and silt fence should be improved at the topsoil stockpile SAE area at the east <br />edge of the surface mine disturbance <br />Ditch repair is complete with the exception o(the addition of nprap material in various <br />downdrains. The operator is acgwring a truck to facilitate completion of required work <br />
