We discussed the re-grading of the pad and Mr. Whipkey's plan to retain all trees <br />surrounding the pad. Two topsoil piles were observed for re-spread prior to reseeding. We <br />also discussed ripping the roadway prior to reclaiming the short access road to the pad. <br />All operations observed during my inspection over two days were in exact compliance with <br />the approved plan. Once a detailed report is completed, the Division would like a copy for the <br />public file maintained at our office. <br />Overall, the site appeared in good condition for the late summer season. The operator is <br />reminded to please complete repair of the reference area fence. <br />
