<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />inslope, near the primary discharge tube, and whitetop was in the emergency spillway outslope. There <br />was a lot of whitetop at the pump house. There were scattered occurrences of whitetop along the gob <br />pile haul road. Finally, a small amount of thistle and one small azea of bind weed were observed in the <br />coverfill stockpile azea. <br />The operator's previous efforts in controlling noxious weeds has been successful. However, the <br />operator needs to continue spraying for noxious weeds every yeaz before they get to be a problem. <br />Records <br />All of the records were found to be in compliance.
