Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or <br />evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />T here have not been any additions to gob pile no, l .The haul road was in good condition and <br />collection and diversion ditches were functional. The underdrain was exposed to the rear of the pile, as <br />designed. The top of the gob pile had positive drainage. <br />The haul road leading up to gob pile no. 2 was in good condition. The top of gob pile no. 2 had <br />positive drainage. The operator has been placing less material on the pile than in recent months. The <br />collection and diversion ditches were functioning properly. The gob pile outslopes were stable. T'he <br />two underdrains were exposed in the back of the pile. <br />There was only a little standing water in Pond F. The discharge pipe float and pump were in place. The <br />pond embankment was stable and the ditches leading into the pond had sufficient capacity. Straw bales <br />were in place at Lhe pump house across the highway. <br />Unit Train Loadout <br />There was a loaded unit train on site. No problems with fugitive dust were observed. The bench <br />outslope was well vegetated and stable. Collection and diversion ditches were functioning properly. <br />The road leading to the Loadout was dry and in good condition. There was no standing water in Pond J <br />and Pond K. The embankments of the two ponds were stable and spillways were functional. The mine <br />ID sigm was up, as were the surface disturbance markers.
