Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACT10N pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and 'compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31. 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />No problems were noted during this inspection. <br />
