' <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules <br />and Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />4.03 Roads <br />Road surfaces were wet and fairly slick in some places due to melting <br />snow and frost layers. <br />4.05 Hydrologlc Balance <br />There was a low point in the northern end of ditch C1 where it turns a <br />corner before discharging into pond C. This should be looked at during <br />subsequent inspections to determine the effectiveness of 'the ditch in <br />conveying runoff. Alterations in the gradient of the ditch may have to <br />be considered. <br />
