LCC has added a culvert in the saddle area to pass any flow to the north under the road and toward the west downdrain of Fill 8. The road in this area was wet and muddy at the culvert intersection Where the road crosses the disturbed area, it remains the responsibility of LCC to construct and maintain the road to function properly.
