The saddle area is a broad. rolling area of undulating topography. Large drainage <br />channels are not necessary rn this headwater area. One small drainage channel directs flow <br />to the west downdrarn to Fill 7 This channel will be vegetated upon topsoiling and <br />reseeding. Fill 7 appeared stable with no evidence of slumps, seeps, slides or mass failure. <br />Highwalls above pond 6 have been backfilled and blended into the undisturbed area above. <br />5 <br />
