for the Deeps Farm Pit have not been secured by TOPIC(S) AR,HB

Complete State Engineers Office requirements for
water rights at the Deepe Farm Pit for process water
ponds and reclaimed ponds/lakes OR the Division will
require an additional reclamation bond for the cost of
dewatering, backfilling, topsoiling, and revegetation
of existing ponds/lakes.
2. The existing reclamation plan has no provisions for 05/21/95
reclamation of the processing plant site. Costs for PB or PV: PB
remaining reclamation responsibilities should be TOPIC(S) SF,FN
calculated to ensure the site is adequately bonded.
Submit reclamation plane for the processing plant site
and revised reclamation costs for all remaining
responsibilities in the form of an application for a
revision.
