Discing and/or deep ripping may be necessary to relieve <br /> compaction. Also, any concrete foundations should either be broken apart and removed or <br /> covered with at least four (4) feet of soil material. Provisions for reclamation of the <br /> processing plant area and a revised reclamation cost should be submitted to the Division in <br /> the form of a revision. The Division will also be evaluating the remaining reclamation cost <br /> for the Deeps Farm Pit. Calculation of a revised reclamation cost should include the cost <br /> to perform the following tasks pursuant to the approved reclamation plan and the Mineral <br /> Rules and Regulations.
