Discing and/or deep ripping may be necessary to relieve <br /> compaction. Also, any concrete foundations should either be broken apart and removed or <br /> covered with at least four (4) feet of soil material. Provisions for reclamation of the <br /> processing plant area and a revised reclamation cost should be submitted to the Division in <br /> the form of a revision.
