In a letter dated January 18, 2002 from IUSA to Mr. <br />Oswald, a written commitment was made to perform soil remediation at the West <br />Sunday Mine site at the location on the north side of the shop. <br />5. Photo 15 - Was[e oil barrels, buckets, and change pans in trailer for transport to <br />White Mesa Mill. <br />2. Photo 16 -Waste oil barrels, buckets, and change pans from mine sites after <br />unloading at the Whire Mesa Mill used oil recycling azea. The light green tank in the <br />center of the photo is the "USED OIL STORAGE" tank. The oil from [he mine sites <br />will be sampled and then placed in the Used Oil Storage tank for subsequent removal <br />by a commercial waste oil recycler. <br />
