Photo 1 -Waste oil ltatrels stored on south side of mine yard. Barrels did not appear <br />to be leaking. <br />2. Photo 2 -Topaz Mine yazd photo after waste oil barrels removed. This photo is <br />provided as evidences that Corrective Action 3 in the December 19, 2001 Inspection <br />Report for Permit M-1980-055 has been completed prior to the Correction Date of <br />January 25, 2002. <br />3. Photo 3 -Prior operator Permit identification sign at entrance to Topaz Mine site. <br />4. Photo 4 -New Perrnit identification sign in place at entrance to Topaz Mine site. <br />This photo is provided as evidence that Corrective Action 2 in the December 19, 2001 <br />Inspection Report for Permit M-1980-OSS has been partially completed (Permit <br />boundaries remain to be marked). <br />West Sunday Mine -Permit M-1981-021 <br />1. Photo 5 -Waste oil t~arrels and storage dock at south side of West Sunday Mine yard <br />(poor quality photo ire shadows, so barrels not easily visible). <br />2. Photo 6 -Overfilled waste oil barrels on north side of West Sunday shop. <br />3. Photo 7 -Storage dock after removal of waste oil barrels and small oil containers and <br />change pans. The remaining light blue barrel is empty. This photo is provided as <br />evidence that Corrective Action 3 in the December 19, 2001 Inspection Report for <br />
