The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted <br />on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />1. DMG holds financial warranty in the amount of 510,300. The operator needs to perform weed control measures on the affected areas of the operation. Rule 3.1.10161 states that weed <br />control shall be employed for all prohibited noxious weed species, and whenever invasion of a reclaimed area by other weed <br />species seriously threatens the continued development of the desired vegetation. Weed control methods shall also be used <br />whenever the inhabitation of the reclaimed area by weeds threatens further spread of serious weed pests to nearby areas.
