IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following id@ntifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. <br />There was one outstanding NOV abatement item. Abatement Step 2, ofNOV CV-2001-017, as modified <br />December l8, 2001, required the operator to: Implement and complete grading work specified in MR-54 <br />by Som. December 20, 2001. The required work was completed, and abatement was verified on the <br />afternoon of December 23, 2001.
