IZI, Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates
The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during the inspection
and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division [aki ng an ENFORCEMENT ACTION
pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be
clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e. g., January 3Z, 1981 and underlined)
1. Clean the east upper diversion ditch at a point about 200 feet south of the north
end by April 9, 1981.
2. Deepen the refuse pile diversion ditch by aril 13, 1981.
Problems with the drainage ditches have been recurrent. The operator should set up
an inspection schedule to regularly check for maintenance needs.
