The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The <br />possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions <br />taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS and CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />PROBLEM or POSSIBLE VIOLATION: PB <br />TOPIC(S): TS <br />CORRECTION DATE: March 24, 2007 <br />DESCRIPTION: No topsoil has been salvaged for reclamation of the site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION NARRATIVE: If the Mined Land Reclamation Board finds that the activities that have <br />occurred on the site to be mining, the Division will request that the operator either import sufficient topsoil to reclaim <br />the site or post sufficient bond to cover the cost of importing sufficient topsoil for reclamation. <br />PROBLEM or POSSIBLE VIOLATION: PV <br />TOPIC(S): AR <br />CORRECTION DATE: January 23, 2007 <br />DESCRIPTION: Operator has disturbed approximately 13 acres in possible violation of C.R.S. 34-32.5-109(1) for <br />failure to obtain a permit prior to engaging in a new operation. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION NARRATIVE: The operator must obtain approval for Construction Materials 112 Operation <br />Reclamation Permit by January 23, 2007. This Possible Violation will also require a hearing before the Mined Land <br />
