The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. Markers for the north and east boundaries of the Bite June 28, 1996 <br />must be installed, and pictures of these markers sent PB or PV PB <br />to DMG within 30 days. This is in accordance with Rule TOPIC(S) SM <br />3.1.12(2) of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />2. A topsoil deficit exists at the site. The Operator may June 28, 1996 <br />transport more topsoil to the site, or submit a PB or PV PB <br />Technical Revision to the Aeclamat ion Plan to deal with TOPIC(S) TS <br />the deficit within 30 days.
