This former, contour <br />strip operation is bond revoked. Inspection frequency is quarterly, <br />with one complete inspection each year. Grcund conditions on this <br />day were dry. The weather was sunny and hot. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Ponds 15-PiI and 15-?1Z along the County road were dry. The di*_ch <br />north and east of reclaimed pond 15-F1 remains severely downcut <br />along the lower 300 feet before reaching the box culvert ur:der the <br />county road. Structural controls are necessary for this erosion as <br />vegetation would have no chance to prevent this type of severe <br />erosion due to concentrated flows. <br />3 <br />
