The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMSIPOSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. The onsite activities are either encroaching on the boundaries or inadequately mapped, and the <br />Division does not have a reliable record of these items or features. <br />Corrective action: The pnerator must provide a statement explaining where the permit boundary i <br />in relation to onsite activities. as described in the narrative. If such dP.SCrID110n is insufficient. DM <br />will require the map to be updated. The date this is to be received by DMG is the permit <br />anniversary date, as shown to the right. The submittal of this corrective action may be made as <br />Aart of the annual report. <br />2.
