General Comments <br />A partial inspection was conducted at the .Apex mine in the company of Dave Canning. The <br />state inspectors and Mr. Canning walked around the perimeter of the disturbed area, along <br />the face up, and through the processing and loadout facilities area. <br />At the time of this inspection no coal was being produced by the mining operation. <br />
