Legal description of point of diversion: <br />The Riverside Canal Headgate located on the north bank of <br />the South Platte River in the SW/4SW/4 of Section 20, at a point <br />700 feet North and 40 feet East of the Southwest corner, Section <br />20, Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, <br />Colorado. <br />7. Source: <br />South Platte River, together with all tributaries intersect- <br />ing the Riverside Canal, as well as natural runoff intercepted by <br />the Riverside Canal and the Recharge Facility. <br />8. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br />August 10, 1990. <br />9. Amount: <br />120 cfs; absolute. <br />10.
