Description of yells to be augmented by Bank: <br />The Bank intends to use a portion of its share (50~) of the <br />recharge credits to offset the depletive effects caused by the <br />pumping of three groundwater wells. The locations of these wells <br />are depicted on Exhibit A. Measuring devices for wells: <br />In order to determine the amount of water used by the wells, <br />each well will be equipped with a totalizing flow meter. Meter <br />readings will be collected and recorded on a monthly basis. Not <br />all of the water pumped from the wells will be consumed. Due to <br />the sandy nature of the soils to be irrigated, there will be no <br />surface return flows and all return flows will accrue to the <br />aquifer in the vicinity of each well. <br />34.
