Riverside Reservoir and Land Company
Riverside Irrigation District
Farmers State Bank of Brush
Case No. 90-CW-189
Page 15
F = Flow at Bruce Weir
Net recharge at each recharge site will be calculated
according to the following formula:
R~ _ [ (F - R~) x (C~ / Ci) ] - E~ + ISM - ESQ
R~ = Recharge at Site "i"
C~ =Capacity of Site "i"
C~ = Total capacity of all ponds
E~ = Evaporation Losses (See, paragraph 31. D.)
ISM = Initial (beginning of month) storage
ESQ = Ending (end of month) storage
All recharge calculations will be performed on a monthly
basis.
32. Description of yells to be augmented by Bank:
The Bank intends to use a portion of its share (50~) of the
recharge credits to offset the depletive effects caused by the
pumping of three groundwater wells. The locations of these wells
are depicted on Exhibit A. The following Table provides addi-
tional data concerning these wells:
Permit No. Case No. Location Diversion (cfs

3993-F W-6098A NW/4SW/4 20 5N 55W 2.1
5709-F W-6098A SW/45W/4 20 5N 55W 1.63
10794-F W-6098A SW/4NE/4 29 5N 55W 3.49
The wells will be used to irrigate not more than 470 acres on the
Bank property.
33. Measuring devices for wells:
In order to determine the amount of water used by the wells,
each well will be equipped with a totalizing flow meter. Meter
readings will be collected and recorded on a monthly basis. Not
all of the water pumped from the wells will be consumed. Due to
the sandy nature of the soils to be irrigated, there will be no
surface return flows and all return flows will accrue to the
aquifer in the vicinity of each well.
34. Assumed irrigation efficiencies:
