We reviewed your observations and <br />recommendations carefully and wish to make the following responses. <br />On Page 2, it is indicated that mining activity has not taken place in a number of years. This <br />would probably be true for Pit J14, but not for the other pits. There has been on-going, but <br />somewhat limited, mining for a number of years with the majority of product sales to the <br />Colorado Department of Transportation and to Morgan County. You might note this in your <br />records. <br />Y <br />
