A site inspection was made to verify the current extent of disturban e as the permitted <br />site is scheduled for possible enforcement action before the Colorado Mi a Land Reclamation <br />Board during the September 24-25, 1997 meeting in Denver. The operat r was not present <br />during the inspection, although he was notified in advance. Mike St nton of Quaternary <br />Environmental Consulting and John Paul Ary of Fremont Paving & Redi Mix ere present during <br />the inspection. <br />2. As noted during the previous inspection on July 2, 1997 there a e three (3) acres <br />disturbed outside the 9.7 acre permit boundary. It was noted during the 'nspection that the <br />3 acres disturbed outside the 9.7 acre permit boundary had been grade to a satisfactory <br />condition. However, there was no evidence of topsoil application or res ding. Mr. Stanton <br />and Mr. Aiy indicated that these 3 acres may be redisturbed after they h ve been permitted. <br />3. The remaining 9.7 permitted acres were entirely disturbed. During the <br />only 5.7 acres of these acres were disturbed.
