The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severitywhen considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. During the records review conducted as part of this inspection, it was discovered ii}~no O7 /25 /Ob <br />mining activity has occurred ai this site since prior to December of 2002. During the inspection, it was discovered that fhe fopsoil and overburden stockpiles had not 05 / 31 / 06 <br />been seeded and they had remained undisturbed for more than one year.
