This information must be submitted in writing, <br />with copies to Mr. Sorenson of DMG. <br />It is required that you notify the Division at least three (3) days prior to the waste removal <br />taking place. A representative of this Division, the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Boulder County Health Department, or the Town of Gold Hill will be present at the Gold <br />Hill Mill when the waste removal occurs. <br />Furthermore, you should be aware that improper disposal of solid waste is illegal pursuant <br />to state law, specifically C.R.S. 30-20-113. A copy of the Solid Waste Act is provided with <br />this letter for your reference. <br />Nothing in these requirements should be considered contrary to the requirements of the <br />recent DMG inspection. Your documentation of waste removal will serve to verify your <br />compliance with the DMG requirements and other applicable state laws. <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter.
