The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLBN3/POSSIBLB VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />DATE <br />/1. PROBLEM: <br />According to the operation, 800 tons of inert material was PB or PV:PB <br />hauled in from a local construction site. The operator intends TOPIC (S):ES <br />to use this material for topsoil. 4/3/2006 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />in order for the operator to reclaim the site using inert <br />material, compliance with Rule 3.1.5(9) will need to be met. A <br />copy of the rule regarding importing inert fill can be found <br />under the Construction Material Rules and Regulations at the <br />Division's web page located at www.mining.state.co.ue. The <br />notice must be submitted on or before April 3, 2006. <br />
