<br />(ii) Whether, and to what extent, there exist on the site impoundments, earthen <br />structures, or other conditions that pose, or may reasonably be expected to develop <br />into, imminent dangers to the health or safety of the public or significant <br />environmental harms to land, air, or water resources. <br />Are there any highwalls that have not been totally reclaimed? If so, describe the <br />extent, geologic composition and the remoteness (access),of the highwall. <br />Describe any protective structures (fences, guardrail, etc) safeguarding the <br />highwall. n ~ <br />Are there pny signs of instability? <br />Assess the overall chance of an individual being hurt due to rockfall or falling from <br />the top. n ` <br />/ V ~~~ <br />Do waste piles or backfilled portals'ezist?
