III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Pg 2/2 <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments in Section IV describe any enforcement actions <br />taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Backfilling and Grading: All of the regraded mine areas appeared to be stable at <br />the time of the inspection. <br />Reclamation Success: The vegetation at the site was doing well at the time of the <br />inspection. The vegetation is dominated by crested wheatgrass and rubber <br />rabbitbrush. <br />Overall, the site is doing very well. There are no problems at the site. <br />
