The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> CORRECTION <br /> DATE <br />1. Mining refuse was present in Stage I. 7-31-96 <br /> PB or PV PB <br />Corrective Action: No later than 7-31-96, all refuse TOPIC(S) RS <br />needs to be disposed of pursuant to Rule 3.1.5(5). <br />2. A portion of the erosion control berm along the eastern 8-30-96 <br />top edge of Stage X has been removed. A stockpile of PB or PV PB <br />fines located in Stage Z for reclamation has not been TOPIC(S) SC <br />graded and seeded. <br />Corrective Action: The erosion control berm in Stage X <br />needs to be reestablished and stabilized. The <br />stockpile of fines in Stage Z needs to be graded and <br />seeded or stabilized. <br />3. Above ground fuel tanks and oil drums are stored in an 8-30-96 <br />area without a spill containment structure. PB or PV PB <br /> TOPIC(S) AT <br />Corrective Action: These need to be enclosed within an <br />appropriate spill containment structure. <br />
