In this <br />way, the perimeter line can be followed allr the way around the permit <br />area. Additional markers must be in place by February 28, 1981. <br />- Topsoil markers are on order. <br />Premining - Postmining Land Use <br />Comments <br />Baekfilling andand Gradin~- <br />Refuse-Spoil handiling procedures <br />Steep slope - material an downslope <br />Erosion-rills or gullies/erosion control <br />Toxic, acid forming or combustible material handling procedures <br />Comments: <br />- The MLRD Staff engineer will make an on-site visit sometime in February <br />to evaluate the slope failure problem and make recommendations on <br />how to best resolve the problem. See attached page for a description <br />of the existing situation. <br />- Drainage channel below portal bench was repaired in the two washed-out <br />sections. <br />- A drainage channel needs to be constructed along the Northern end <br />of the Mine bench. This should extend from the Northern end of the <br />face-up (near fan portal) to the inlet end of the PVC Pipe that leads <br />to the. lower sedimentation pond. This must be completed by February <br />18, 1981. <br /> <br />
