Contact Mr. Jammie Shasteen or Mr. Ken Bethel, <br />CIG Devine Station, 37351 E. Highway 50, Pueblo, Colorado 81006, Phone 719/948- <br />3321 to schedule such meeting. This meeting was satisfied on July 19th, 1996. <br />8. Broderick & Gibbons is subject to the existing terms and conditions under the Right of <br />V+lay Easement of record in ROW No. 1139, Book 11, dated August 9, 1955. Upon <br />your request a copy can be obtained from CIG Land Department. <br />9. Broderick & Gibbons will use all reasonable means to prevent any loss or damage to <br />CIG's pipeline resulting from the construction, modification, replacement, repair, <br />operation and maintenance of Broderick & Gibbons mining activities. Any costs that <br />CIG shall accrue as a result of this project shall be fully reimbursable by Broderick <br />& Gibbons (including but not limited to corrosion ground bed or anode relocation and <br />replacement!. <br />10. Broderick & Gibbons agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CIG from any damage, loss <br />of property, injury, or loss of life associated with its use, operation, and other activities <br />over, under or across CIG's existing pipeline easement. <br />Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of these conditions by completing the signature <br />and date spaces below and returning a copy to this office.
