As mining progresses, additional stakes will be added. Pictures have
been enclosed to demonstrate the above comments.
2) We have discussed the easement issue with Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG). An
agreement has been attached for the future mining, with a signature from both CIG and
Broderick & Gibbons. They are requesting 4: ] slopes for all work in the future, not what
has already been completed.
3) We met on site with a representative from CIG's field office in Pueblo. He indicated that
they regulazly monitor our site, and have had no problems with our activity so faz.
4) There is a small area along the gasline where we had mined up to within +\- 35'. Although
CIG did not address this as being a problem, Broderick and Gibbons will be filling in the
area along the gas line so that there will be 50' of level ground and then slope off.
Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at (303) 657-4331
Sincere/ ,
v~~
Julie Gcettemceller
Land Manager ~\~ (~p~ V ~C~
cc: Jim Hunter, Southern S&G Manager \ `J~'
A Redland Group company
