According to one of the mine <br />owners, operations at this mine will not continue into 1993 and <br />the mine will be closed. <br />Seams being mined: Brookside. <br />Highwall existing: All highwall at this mine is existing from <br />previous mining. <br />Acres disturbed: 9.75 acres. <br />EXISTING ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />No enforcement actions were existing at the time of this <br />inspection. <br />ACTIONS FROM THIS INSPECTION <br />DMG issued Notice of Violation number 92-01 for violation of <br />regulations 4.05.3 (1) (e) and 4.03.2 (9), failure to maintain <br />ditches in accordance with the approved plan. <br />OTHER <br />13 <br />
