Bench construction is proceeding according to plan. The work is <br />nearing the first terrace level. Blue Ribbon will be completing its <br />certification report on the pile this month. <br />2. Records were checked and found to be in compliance. The operator is <br />working on recertifying the pond and road that has had some <br />reconstruction. <br />
