The problems should a corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible v olatione should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considers by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AN <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />There were no permit boundary markers visible at the <br />a its. <br />Pursuant to Minerals Rule 3.1.12(2), the operator will <br />mark all boundaries in a manner adequate to delineate <br />the permit area. Because reconfiguration of the permit <br />bourtdariee ie likely, proof of such placement of <br />markers will be requested ae part of the Board ordered <br />corrective action, with the Board to determine the <br />date. <br />There ie disturbance outside the permit area boundary. <br />The records in the application file do not accurately <br />reflect the landownership, there ie no right of entry, <br />and operator ie out of compliance with the approved <br />mine plan. <br />Operator will either obtain right of entry for all <br />lands affected or vacate them. Operator will survey <br />the site and resubmit a permit area map based on lands <br />to be affected and legally accessed for mining and <br />reclamation.
