The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />Boundary markers have not been set along the western or southern boundary. This July 2, 1999 <br />must be remedied, in accordance with rule 3.1.12(2) of the Construction Materials PB or PV PB <br />Rules and Regulations. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Post stakes or other boundary TOPIC(S) SM <br />markers along the unmarked boundaries, and send proof of same (photos) to DMG <br />within 30 days. <br />2. The stotmwater damage is eroding the east face of the site, undermining the slope. July 2, 1999 <br />Further damage must be prevented, in accordance with rule 3.1.6(3) of the PB or PV PB <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations.
