The Division is allowing the operator an additional 60 days to come into <br />compliance with state laws. The operator needs to submit the information <br />required as described in the last two inspection report as a Technical <br />Revision to the permit. These data include: <br />A. A map which complies with Rule 2.12 of the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations, clearly depicting permit boundaries and the actual extent <br />(acres) of disturbance; <br />B. Estimates of present side slope gradients at various locations along <br />the pit boundary; <br />C. Estimates of topsoil stockpile volumes (cubic yards); and <br />D. Updated reclamation cost estimates. <br />E. All information should be of sufficient quality to satisfy the <br />annual report requirements as specified in Rule 2 of the Mineral Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />2. These data should be submitted prior to September 16, 1986. If these <br />materials are not received by the Division prior to this date, this matter <br />will be scheduled for the September 25-26, 1986, Board meeting fora possible <br />notice of violation, cease and desist, and corrective actions. Subsequently, <br />consideration of possible civil penalties will be scheduled for the <br />October 23-24, 1986, Board meeting. <br />/tmb <br />3046E <br />
