The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. Permit boundary markers, required by Rule 3.1.12(2), were not observed. Aoril 2, 2001 <br />PB or PV: PB <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within sixty (601 days, by April 2, 2001, ensure TOPIC(SI: SM <br />that the permit boundary is delineated in accordance with the requirements _, _, _ <br />of Rule 3.1.12(2) and provide photographs of the posted markers to DMG. <br />Please identify the photos with the permit name and number. <br />2. Notice to Increase the Financial Warranty DMG's current reclamation cost Anril 2, 2001 <br />estimation totals 518,573. Pursuant to Rule 4.2.112), the operator has sixty PB or PV: PB <br />(60) days to increase the financial warranty to total not less than 518,573 TOPIC(S): FW <br />or to complete sufficient reclamation to ensure the adequacy of the existing _, _, _ <br />512,000 financial warranty. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1(21, please ensure that by <br />April 2, 2001, DMG has received and approved financial warranty not less <br />than 518,573 or complete sufficient reclamation to ensure the adequacy of <br />the existing 512,000 financial warranty. <br />3. DMG records do not indicate that the boundary of the approved permit area Aoril 2. 2001 <br />are well defined, as required by Rules 6.2.1(2) and 6.3.5.
