S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />and Army Corps of Engineers indicating that the outlet can serve as both an inlet and outlet for the pit <br />lake. a new phased mining sequence that is consistent with current excavation and future mining <br />plans. and updated specifics regarding wetlands in the permit area. <br />J3.
