Topsoil hds <br />been segregated and temporarily stockpiled in this area. LCC will strip all <br />topsoil from the area near the windsock to prevent compaction of native soils in <br />this area due to small truck traffic. Mining will soon necessitate removal in <br />this area. No topsoil has been harvested in the fill 5 watershed at this time. <br />Field minor revision no. 1 was issued effective June 5. 2002 to ailaw Construction <br />of pond 5 in the area as contemplated under TR-08. Tppsail from this area will be <br />hauled back to a permanent storage location closer to the pit area. Topsoil in <br />the pond 5 watershed will be harvested on an opportunistic basis. Field <br />inspection of this area found that steep slopes and/or sandstone rack outcrops are <br />camnon in this drainage area. The large topsoil pile near fill 8 has been nearly <br />completely shaped with gentle side slopes. <br />
