B,~ckfilling and Gr•~ifinq <br />Bac.kfilling the south hiyhwall area was observed. A irucklloader team was dumping <br />rock and fill along the highwall between fill 7 and fill 4. A dozer was spreading <br />material toward the east. (see photo) <br />
